Laketown Wharf Resort
Dynamic provided comprehensive roof consulting and engineering services for Laketown Wharf Resort, including the design of an ERC-manufactured wind-vented roofing system and a roof moisture infrared survey accompanied by a PE-sealed report. Our scope also included a structural condition assessment of the northwest and southeast parking garages, as well as architectural and structural design services for an approximately 11,000-square-foot rooftop putting green redevelopment.

Peppertree Bay Vacation Rentals
Our team delivered a coordinated exterior-envelope restoration at Peppertree Bay Condominium, combining curtain-wall remediation, expansion-joint replacement, plaza-deck and window waterproofing, and roof-framing hurricane-damage rehabilitation.

The Pointe
Dynamic Engineering delivered entrance-rehabilitation at The Pointe, conducting a focused condition assessment of slabs, beams, and subsurface features to define repair needs. We executed a roof-moisture survey and uplift-test—capturing thermographs and test data and issued a PE-signed report that identified anomalies and informed the replacement and repair scope.

Dynamic delivered a full roof-replacement program—design, bidding/procurement support, construction administration, quality assurance/inspection, and final closeout—executed to meet coastal performance requirements.
